Your Tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our potential customers and determine the next steps for each customer moving forward
- You are responsible for educating, answering questions, and qualifying potential leads
- You work closely with our B2C Sales Consultants to create a seamless sales experiences and handover your qualified lead
- You actively participate to the improvement of our current sales processes
- You attend regular training sessions to grow, develop your skills and your understanding of our product
- You are aiming for successful accomplishment of set objectives to achieve the best results of your provision model
Your Skills
- You are a graduate of a business school, a sales training, or any related fields
- Ideally you have a previous experience in a Sales role involving cold calling
- You have strong communication skills via phone and email
- You are organised, resilient and a fast learner - you want to invest yourself in a job that makes sense: to put a smile back on the face of the French
- You have an extraordinary sales and service talent and a "no" doesn't set you back, on the contrary you feel spurred
- You are fluent in French, as well as in English
