The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of SALES & MARKETING MANAGER to service the following markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe & Baltics (home office based in Germany).

The successful incumbent will be responsible to:
  • Achieve sales objectives of his/her assigned markets
  • Represent and promote The Lux Collective brands whilst maintaining contact with the Trade Partners and the markets through customer relationship management
  • Set up the Sales & Marketing plan with the Trade Partners, in line with the sales & marketing strategy.
  • Ensure that the assigned Sales & Marketing plans are implemented, monitored and effective
  • Contribute to the maximization of sales opportunities through adequate sales promotions and other appropriate commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Regional Headquarters’ Sales & Marketing Team for the implementation of strategies
  • Maintain and update sales records by using the sales system as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications
  • Tertiary education at Degree Level in Sales, Marketing or business management related field, from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the hospitality industry at managerial level

  • Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • A clean certificate of character is a must
