We are looking for highly driven and motivated sales, marketing and customer relations representatives to join our new office in Berlin.
The Mission:
What you'll be doing
- Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue through Partners for the Benelux and the Nordic markets
- Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ AEs, SEs, and leadership to increase awareness of the Aircall integrations
- Effectively communicate our vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to our partners
- Collaborate with and educate our internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to create a partnership mindset, leverage synergies from our partner ecosystem, and produce partner enablement content
- Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention
- Own the operational side of the business in terms of capturing opportunities in Salesforce and managing the process with the wider sales team from “open” to “close”
- Driven to meet and exceed quarterly targets. Use initiative to proactively initiate and execute tactical and strategic campaigns or incentives to deliver short and long term results.
More about you
- Min. BA/BS degree
- Confident communicator and fluent in English & native in Dutch.
- Fluent in one of the following languages is a plus: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
- 2-3 years working in SaaS/technology business development, account management and/or sales
- Tech savvy - you understand the capabilities and limitations of a platform and genuinely curious about the SaaS ecosystem
- You can effectively communicate and relate to multiple layers of the organization
- You have a systematic approach to working
- You are someone who is outgoing and personable. Networking and relationship building are important to you
- Self-starter - takes initiative and is excited by complicated challenges
- Committed, ambitious, team player to the max, wearer of all hats, humble beyond belief, magician
- Sense of humor… a big plus!
