Founded in 2017, SINGULART is an online art gallery dedicated to helping artists brave the international barriers of the art market. On a daily basis, they work to promote talented artists from 120 countries and sell their work to collectors around the world.

SINGULART was born from the meeting of three enthusiasts: Denis, Véra and Brice, the co-founders. Their desire to create an ambitious and passionate collective at the service of artists brought them together.

In 4 years of existence, SINGULART has become the leader of the art market in Europe and this is only the beginning, as they like to set strong objectives, they aim to become the world leader by 2022, which is why they will need you.

So far, their dedicated and active team has achieved major milestones:
  • Three successful fundraisings. (the last one was in March 2020 —> €10 million)
  • Selling art in over 80 countries.
  • The creation of a community of over 10,000 artists and 20,000 passionate collectors.
  • Major sales of artists such as Picasso, Man Ray, Andy Warhol, Ai Weiwei.
  • 3 million visitors each month on SINGULART.COM.
  • A staff of 110 people with 24 nationalities to date.
  • Multiple partnerships with NGOs and social organizations.

SINGULART is growing super fast and has yet connected over 20,000 artists and clients through art. We strongly believe that each artist and client has their own personal point of contact at SINGULART. However, for the highest quality of service, we need a Support Team working 24/7. Your mission is to provide quality communication and be proactive with resolving issues that arise for both clients and artists.

Your mission:

  • You and the Support Team's mission is to make clients and artists happy - sounds simple but you know that this requires thorough, structured teamwork. Attached to our Support Manager, your focus is on quality support communication in response to all inbound requests. Concretely, you will:
  • Monitor and respond to inbounds in a ticketing system within the existing Hubspot CRM
  • Constantly improve the Support Team's service level and best practices
  • Be an incredible system of support - Over 60 colleagues will rely on you and your team to get stuff done for our stakeholders 
  • Be the one responsible for our system of payment in installments 

What you’ll work on:

  • Typical inbound requests from existing clients and artists, inquiries on ongoing sales ("where is my order"), as well as general questions about our website's offering and functioning ("how do I make an offer on an artwork?"). On a daily basis: 
  • You guide artists through the pre-sale process
  • You guide clients through payment methods, or how to return an artwork for example
  • You guarantee prompt responses and satisfied artists/clients
  • You coordinate with the teams that rely on your support

Your background:

  • You have had a first hands-on experience working in the field of customer service
  • You are able to independently prioritize inbound contact requests
  • Having worked with tools such as Hubspot or Intercom is a big plus

You have the following skills:

  • You are a structured thinker and able to communicate easily with different teams.
  • You are known for your rigour and structure.
  • You ask the right questions in order to understand the client's needs.
  • An excellent level of German and English (written and spoken) is required, any additional languages are a big plus.
