In collaboration with the global recruitment team and the Country Manager in Germany, the Talent Acquisition Partner will participate in several recruitment projects from sourcing to integration to reinforce the teams in Germany (permanent employees, apprentices, interns).

More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Leading the approach and initial selection of potential candidates:
  • Briefing with the department managers, the Country Managers and defining the need,
  • Vacancies drafting and broadcasting,
  • Identification of candidates (sorting of CVs, sourcing from CV libraries and social networks),
  • Pre-qualification interviews mainly in English or in the local language (face to face, video and/or telephone),
  • Working with headhunters, managing the relationship with recruitment agencies,
  • Participate in the decision-making process in agreement with the operational staff: you are the main contact person for candidates, managers and departments,
  • Participating in the development of candidate monitoring dashboards,
  • Campus Management: identify the best schools and universities in the country, and become their point of contact by developing strong relationships with them; organise and participate in various School Forums; animate the student community,
  • knowledge and monitoring of the market in order to propose a pool of relevant candidates through proactive sourcing channels including, but not limited to, social media, networking, direct sourcing, associations...
  • Being responsible for the employer's brand image,
  • Responsible for the onboarding process in the country, and establishment of the employee handbook,
  • Participating in global HR projects,
  • Your involvement in carrying out your assignments will also allow you to participate in the improvement and development of recruitment projects.

The profile

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • You have a degree in Human Resources.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in international recruitment in a startup/scaleup, a consulting firm, an ESN, an agency or a software publisher with a high volume of recruitment,
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
  • You have a good understanding of SaaS issues and organisations.
  • You are autonomous, with a strong sense of responsibilities and proactivity.
  • You have the wish to start projects & processes to reach your objectives.
  • You are open, dynamic & welcoming.
  • You are a good listener and love to work hand in hand with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and the Country Manager
  • You know how to work independently.
  • You are rigorous and reactive.
  • Have a strong team spirit.
  • Speak English & German (French is a plus).
