Presentation of the team
You will be positioned among various internal teams as well as external parties with whom you will need to interact:
- ALA/CBG business teams
- Europe Procurement teams
- External suppliers
- And you will frequently interact with 5 - 10 members (Indirect and Direct Buyers) in your Team.
Mission description
- Being part of an international transformation project, creating long term value for the corporation and our shareholders
- Engaging in a dedicated category group (e.g. General Services and Supplies), transforming it from an local organically grown structure towards an integral part of a European strategy for the Austrian/Swiss markets
- Deep dive in Contract management and help to structure and locate agreements
- Implementing EU strategy in close alignment with internal stakeholders and EU category management
- Developing regional adaptation strategy to meet regional requirements/needs of the Austrian & Switzerland markets
- Planning, leading and executing 3-rd party supply related projects including stakeholders & supplier- alignments, RFQ process, contract development and negotiations etc.
- Supplier portfolio assessment and restructuring, including creation of new suppliers, spend migration inline with preferred supplier strategy and stopping supplier relation of non-strategic, non preferred suppliers.
- Improve user experience of the stakeholders procurement journey e.g. by maintaining and creating online catalogs, punch-outs and establishing user-friendly buying channels
Candidate education
- Bachelor's degree in management / industrial engineering business education (university, FH)
- Field of specialization: Logistics, Procurement or Supply Chain Management
Candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes (sourcing, contracting)
- Very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
- Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level for both)
- Experienced handling of different IT systems (MS-Office, Google palette)
- Good and cultivated interpersonal skills, convincing and winning appearance
- Service-oriented, team player
- Distinct organizational flair, high service awareness, independent and structured way of working
Expected work experience
- 1-2 years of work experience

- English - B2 (mandatory)
- German - B2 (mandatory)

REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 2250 € (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)
