Warehouse Operations Manager (m/f/d), DE/EN, e-commerce, Greater Stuttgart area

Your tasks

Management of the logistics center: you will plan, control and monitor all operational processes
Leading a middle management team (2 team leaders, low season 10 FTE; high season 50 FTE)
Analysis of business forecasts and planning of human resources
Continuous adaptation of work organization and compliance with safety regulations
Adjusting the company's needs (supply of consumables, machinery, technical support, etc.) in order to respond to fluctuations in the course of business
Optimizing the inventory (area, stock sequence and picking rotation) and monitoring the rotating stocktake
Set up the process development in coordination with the process and methods manager in France
Adjust the loading plan with the local transport partners

Your profile

Completed apprenticeship or university degree
Ideally 3 years of experience in managing a logistics team, preferably in the e-commerce sector
Languages: you are fluent in German and have a professional level in English. French is a plus
Strong affinity for technical environments and processes (mechanized platform), as well as excellent Excel skills and a basic understanding of warehouse management systems
You have management experience and are very dynamic
You bring a hands-on mentality and can communicate effectively
You are meticulous, methodical and organized.
