The focus here is on the VCI technology under the umbrella brand BioCor, which has an unique anti-corrosion effect based on natural extracts. In addition, the MetPro Group provides numerous other packaging solutions for its customers, with customers primarily active in the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, chemical and metalworking sectors. The European footprint comprise manufacturing sites in Tralee (Ireland), Jesewitz (Germany), and Bucarest (Romania) as well as additional sales representations in other countries.

At our Location in Leonberg we are currently seeking a:

European Human Resources Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks & responsibilities

Personnel Development:
  • Identifying skill gaps within the various teams in collaboration with the various team leaders – focusing on a comprehensive skill development including social, functional and methodological competencies
  • Defining of personnel development goals
  • Deriving and breaking-down of personnel development concepts to achieve the goals
  • Implementing personnel development concepts
  • Facilitating the various lean management projects by proactively driving the training elements
Change & integration Management:
  • Functioning as interface to the US HR team on HR relevant issues
  • Defining the road-map for corporate cultural integration within Europe in close cooperation with MD
  • Implementing measures to drive integration (e.g.: workshops, surveys etc.)
  • Roll-Out of US initiated HR concepts
Incentive systems:
  • Defining aligned European incentive systems throughout the group (management, sales, customer service, quality, production)
  • Facilitating the implementation by country and organisational unit
  • Monitoring the success of these systems
  • Aligning with US team on the incentive systems

Skills & Capabilities

  • Master or Bachelor in HR Management related sciences
  • Analytical thinking and good business knowledge
  • Qualified experience in HR development and or training with more than 5 years
  • Experienced in leading multicultural teams
  • Ability to facilitate transformational processes and to drive change processes
  • Good English and German language skills – French appreciated
  • IT affine
  • Characteristics: Fact-driven Stress resistant – responsibility
