We improve the way they operate, manage costs, better align people, drive process- and technology initiatives, support business growth to maintain or improve competitive edge. In doing so, we focus on their agendas and the key issues they are facing, both today and in the future.

Our expectations
  • You deliver the highest quality – on internal assignments and especially for our clients.
  • You make an effort to understand not only project-related but also general business needs and requirements of clients
  • You are able to work autonomously and to drive individual topics by yourself – of course with the chance to regularly discuss interim results and next steps with your co-workers.

  • You display strictly professional behaviour and appearance at all times.
  • You are open-minded and interested to regularly engage on professional development and learning.

  • You will soon grow into a role where you can support others in their professional growth and development
Your role
  • As an Associate in FS Consulting, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting- and industry experience.
  • Right from the start you are expected to

    • contribute to proposals (project acquisition),
    • contribute to business development activities in the form of research, (internal) discussion papers and also your own ideas,
    • keep up to date with national and European business and economic developments,
    • ensure you adhere to compliance matters,
    • work on developing relationships with a network of international colleagues in the U.S., Asia and Europe federated under the PwC brand.
