AAA – Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale GmbH is a company of DAHER group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial service provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. These include industrialization, manufacturing, production, FAL integration, flight line services, quality control and MRO.
All subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is carried out in client’s facilities. Every day, 130 employees from 15 different nations ensure that we meet our targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your tasks as a Manager Quality Department
- You are the professional and disciplinary leader of our Quality Department
- Together with your team, you ensure that the company’s operational processes comply with requirements, standards and internal and external certifications and approvals
- You create quality plans, reports and records of all activities
- You manage and monitor the conformity and certification status
- You analyze deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions
- You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits
- You seek proactive dialog with the relevant authorities, conduct negotiations and strengthen long-term business relationships
- You inspire and win new customers for our business
- You organize and conduct qualification training for internal and external employees
- You identify and ensure current and future training needs
- You coordinate the necessary quality activities with the French parent company
Your qualification
- You have a degree or further training in quality management/as a quality engineer
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of aviation
- You have already gained management experience in the past and you are motivated to continuously develop your team
- You have user knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace
- You speak (and write) fluent German and English
- You have a strong customer and service-oriented mindset
- You work independently, reliably, in a structured and precise manner and deliver work results on time
