The mission of the Office Manager is to contribute to a well-structured, attractive and vibrant working environment to foster employee satisfaction, retention and growth. The Office Manager is based in Cologne but will also support the colleagues in the Paris Office in creating this atmosphere. This is reached (partly in close cooperation with the Team People) by: 
  • General Office Management including coordination of repairs, suppliers etc. 
  • First point of contact for clients and partners in Cologne office and when calling. 
  • Constantly developing and improving office design and processes. 
  • Assisting with planning, coordination and preparation of company events. 
  • Supporting in all concerns regarding workplace health and safety. 
  • Administrative support for Team People.
