What to expect
Elaboration and implementation of the sales strategy for each customer target group for an optimal increase in turnover
- Handling of the entire sales process
- Direct contact and technical expert for the customers
- Process optimisation through the introduction of an internal follow-up procedure together with the internal sales team
- Continuous CRM maintenance for optimal follow-up of sales activities
- Expansion of the product portfolio with customers and R&D team
- Regular reporting and preparation of sales forecasts to the sales management and trade fair visits
What we're looking for
- You are a motivated team player with a hands-on mentality and a passion for selling technical solutions
- High level of initiative as well as an independent and goal-oriented working approach
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales and extensive knowledge of the metal industry (ideally in the area of metal joining technology).
- You have a technical education (mechanics or similar).
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are able to make more complicated technical solutions easier to understand for the customer - also in English.
- You are an assertive person with very good negotiating skills.
- Customer satisfaction and building trusting, long-term customer relationships are a priority for you.
- Good command of MS Office and CRM software
