Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business, we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural and electrical activities.

The Aircraft Painter (m/f/gn) performs direct labour on-site, paint and de-paint operations. All duties are associated with treatment, preparation, priming, painting and marking of aircraft.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Know how to apply a good aerodynamic sealant and be able to do other jobs like painting
- Perform all preparatory work (obtain supplies and equipment, set up ladders and scaffolds, and cover items with drop cloths and tape)
- Prepare surfaces by mechanical means, i.e. scraping, wire brushing, masking, spackling, and sanding surfaces
- Clean, degrease, and remove oil, wax build-up, scale, dirt, and old paint from surfaces so coating materials adhere properly
- Mix, thin, blend, match, tint, and tone coating materials following specific written directives and specification
- Apply coating materials such as primer, paint, varnish, and shellac using standard application techniques and ensure the coating finish meets surface protection requirements in accordance with Work Control Documents
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience painting and sealing (aircrafts/automobiles)
- Two-years of hands-on experience performing duties associated with commercial aircraft painting and sealing
- Advanced English in order to read and understand technical documentation
- Ability to work variable shifts; including day, evening, nights and weekends
