Main Responsibilities
- Ensure profitable and sustainable sales to reach the Sales Targets for the area,
- Maintain existing customers on this area through a strong relationship, and develop business with them,
- Prospect new customers / distributors / markets,
- Ensure as Global key contact, the communication with some German key customers, the global sales development (leading the implementation through the other sales people of the team),
- Prepare and send technical sales offers for ad-hoc and long-term requests, and negotiate with customers,
- As a technical expert, build global technical solution adapted to customer engineering dpt needs,
- Define and set up marketing action plan on the area to improve sales (trade fair, market studies, sales documentation, legal…),
- Set some KPIs regarding the activity of the area and make a regular report to the sales manager.
