Responsibilities:
Working in the field of biotransformation and identification of metabolites, you will be involved in:
- The planification and implementation of in vitro and in vivo metabolism studies for small molecules
- Extraction of samples from biological matrices (for example: plasma, feces, urine and tissue) and analysis by radio-detection and LC-MS / MS
- Develop bioanalytical methods to create NCE metabolite profiles with radioactive measurement techniques
- Evaluate measurement data supported by EDP
Your profile :
- Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Chemical Engineer, Bachelor of Science or similar/equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of modern LC-MS techniques (for example HRMS), ideally with experience in determining the structure of metabolites
- A first experience in the handling of radioactive substances and methods of radioanalytical measurements (scintillation measurements, radio HPLC) would be a plus.
- Knowledge and mastery of GLP/GCP guidelines
- Fluent English and a good level of German are required
