As a member of our European team you will lead our Platform evolution Strategy (eg in the cloud) and its execution as well as methodologies blue print which are meant to revolutionize the real estate and loan financial industry.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead ImoGate platform strategy and its execution :
- Monitor new Technologies available on the market and analyze their potential for ImoGate solution evolution and leadership,
- As our SaaS solution owner, you lead ImoGate Technologies adoption and related processes
Lead Imogate Product Development blue print and its execution :
- Lead and coach ImoGate development teams
- As Imogate solution roadmap owner, you actively participate in the elaboration of new functionalities and roadmap design for our clients.
- Design and implement best practices in terms of Development, Processes, Deployment and Security.
- Provide guidance on Software design.
Lead ImoGate project Management blue print :
- Design and coach on ImoGate project management best practices
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES :
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a management position
- Good knowledge of SAAS Solutions (with Azure is a plus).
- Good understanding of Python, .NET, Java.
- Experience in working with agile mode.
- Experience and/or strong Interest in Investment Management, real estate and financial services industry is a plus.
- Master in (Business) Computer Science or equivalent.
- Our working language is English; we expect English knowledge at work level.
- Another European language is a plus.
- Creativity, curiosity, proactivity, courage, team and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Structured and conscientious working style, good project and time management.
- Strong social and excellent communication skills, especially experience in working with customers at senior level.
- Working experience in a distributed team is a plus.
