Main responsibilities
- Establish and implement strategies for developing the German market
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Prospecting new clients and partners in Germany
- Developing proposals, presentations and presenting our services
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing activities
- Negotiating contract terms
- Providing reports and feedback to management
- Working with remote teams at a global level
Requisites
- University degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Fluency in German and familiar with German working culture
- Conversational French and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in new business models, startups, etc…
- High degree of motivation and ability to work autonomously
