You have the opportunity to join an exciting, young and dynamic startup which is in the midst of international development. Reporting to the founders, the position offers an opportunity for fast career progression towards the role of Germany Country Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Establish and implement strategies for developing the German market
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Prospecting new clients and partners in Germany
- Developing proposals, presentations and presenting our services
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing activities
- Negotiating contract terms
- Providing reports and feedback to management
- Working with remote teams at a global level
Requisites
- University degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Fluency in German and familiar with German working culture
- Conversational French and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in new business models, startups, etc…
- High degree of motivation and ability to work autonomously
