Francais: Nous recherchons un couple francais, soigné et expérimenté pour la résidence secondaire d'un couple dans le sud de la Provence dans un cadre rural magnifique, près de la mer.
L'accent est mis sur le jardinier. Nous recherchons un très bon jardinier qui travaille de manière indépendante.

En tant que jardinier et gardien, vous entretenez en toute indépendance les aménagements extérieurs d'une propriété d'environ 7000 m2 aux allures de parc avec de beaux arbres (palmiers, platanes, chênes, oliviers, etc.). Ceux-ci doivent être conservés en très bon état toute l'année. Vous entretiendrez également la piscine extérieure chauffée et effectuerez vous-même de petits travaux d'entretien. Vous bénéficierez de votre compréhension technique et de vos compétences manuelles. Ils sont également le point de contact des artisans extérieurs. Services de conduite occasionnels dans la voiture de société disponibles. En tant que femme de ménage, vous dirigez le ménage de manière autonome, vous vous occupez de la lessive, vous faites les courses, vous êtes responsable de la préparation des repas et des travaux de nettoyage et d'entretien qui peuvent survenir dans un ménage privé. La surface habitable de la propriété est d'environ 600m2. Vous aimez travailler dans une atmosphère élégante et utiliser des matériaux raffinés. La manipulation soigneuse de l'intérieur haut de gamme est une évidence pour eux.

Un appartement officiel plus grand avec son propre jardin et une entrée séparée est disponible. Le couple en question doit parler couramment le français. Vous devez à la fois avoir un permis de conduire et être non-fumeurs. Vos enfants devraient grandir.
Étant donné que deux chats doivent être nourris sur la propriété, il serait important que le couple aime les animaux

English: Gardener-Housekeeper couple / Couple de Gardien Provence South of France - fluent french. We are looking for a reliable, well-groomed and experienced housekeeper couple for the second home of a couple in southern Provence in beautiful rural surroundings, near the sea. In your position as gardener and caretaker, you independently maintain the outdoor facilities of an approximately 7,000 m2 park-like property with beautiful trees (palms, plane trees, oaks, olive trees, etc.).
The focus lies on the fluent french speaking gardener  as the garden should be kept in very good condition all year round. You will also maintain the heated outdoor pool and carry out minor maintenance work yourself. You will benefit from your technical understanding and manual skills. You are also the point of contact for external craftsmen. Occasional driving services in a provided car can occur. In your position as housekeeper, you run the household independently, take care of the laundry, do the grocery shopping, you are responsible for the preparation of meals and the cleaning and maintenance work that may occur in a private household. The living space of the property is around 600m2. You appreciate working in an elegant atmosphere and using exquisite materials. The careful handling of the upscale interior is a matter of course. The principals spend around 5-6 months per year on the Estate. As with all couple positions on vacation property, the weekly hours may increase if the owners are present. During their absence, these overtime hours can then be reduced during the rest of the year. A larger official apartment with its own garden and separate entrance is available. The couple in question should speak fluent French and should be animal loving. You should both have a driver's license and be non-smokers. Your children should be grown up. After a careful familiarization, you will take care of the property independently. You are characterized by independence, loyalty, discretion and reliability. We are looking for employees who would like to contribute to the household in the long term and take on responsibility. Start Sept/Oct. Driving licence mandatory. Nombre d'heures : 40 par semaine, Salary between 3.500-4000 Euro net per month
