- Onboarding and training of new partners
- Answering customer questions via email and telephone (ticketing)
- Follow-up of order confirmations by partners
- Logistics optimization: tracking and improving tracking number additions by partners
- Integration of products on the website according to specific customer searches
- Maintenance of the Operations specific FAQ (articles, concept)
- Optimisation of product pages following feedback from the team (modification of descriptions, shipping costs, addition of photos...) & relay with the Farmitoo integration department.
- Management of partner orders with specific processes (Gallagher, R-power)
- Follow-up of customer refunds (bank transfer).
- Working in an international environment within the Farmitoo operations team.
- Collaborate with various Farmitoo teams (customer service, product integration, accounting...).
- Work in our beautiful offices in République, in the heart of Paris.
- Customer Care Germany (F/H) is a responsible position that will allow you to actively participate in your professional development. The role of the intern is to support our customers and partners throughout their experience and is an essential part of our company's development.

You are highly motivated to actively shape the development of a start-up in hyper-growth. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are dynamic, consistent and are able to make suggestions:
- You have a customer service or sales background ( commercial education)
- You have an experience in sales or customer care field (< 6 months)
- German is your mother tongue
- You are determined, independent and well organised to meet the requirements of our customers
- You are curious and have a very good ability to learn and understand
- You have good interpersonal skills, are confident in speaking (on the phone) and writing (without mistakes)
- You are a good listener, can be calm and patient and bring " problem solving " when needed
- You are comfortable speaking English and working in an international atmosphere
- Knowledge of the tools used (Zendesk, Aircall)
- Italian and/or French
- You already have technical knowledge of the agricultural sector, a genuine interest in this field, and a desire to positively influence the agricultural sector
