Your mission? Manage customer support for German-speaking collectors.

- Give advice to collectors from all over the world about their purchase
- Manage customer relationships
- Take care of the logistics and shipment
- Be part of the evolution of the startup
Requirements
- Fluency in German
- Fast learner, curious and dynamic
- Warm and energetic voice!
- Ability to build last-longing relationships
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong and productive relationships with artists
- Strong interest in the art market
- Logistics experience is a plus
- Resolute person
