MISSION : 

You will join the Beepings team located in Barcelona.

Our office is located in a coworking space, in the city center.

Your mission is essential for Beepings within the framework of its international development.

Your position will lead you to perform the following tasks:  
  • Assist web visitors or distributors with their requests.
  • Provide feedbacks from final customers or distributors at the support level and assist them in any way they need.
  • Transform a simple relationship with the customer into a quality experience for the user.
  • Participate in the development and the company's reputation in these new markets.
  • Community management
  • Solve problems and post-sale tickets.
  • Participate in online sales.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • Academic background : finishing your studies, you are looking for an internship from June 2022 for a minimum period of 4 months.
  • You speak German + one of the following languages : French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian. You also speak English.
  • A first experience in a customer service is very appreciated. 
  • You have real relational qualities.
  • You are dynamic and organized. You are able to work autonomously.
  • A very good level of spelling is indispensable.
  • You are interested in the world of new technologies. You are not afraid of challenges, and you want to grow in a project with strong potential.
