Your tasks:
As a District Manager Field Service (m/f/x), you will independently manage the store network in Belgium. Your tasks will include:
- Operational support and control of 8-10 shops with staff and sales responsibility
- Independent monitoring and optimisation of turnover, costs and results
- Disciplinary management, motivation and coordination of the shop employees
- Ensuring optimal staff planning against the background of results-oriented management
- Ensuring the implementation of the centrally defined market image and sales concepts through staff training as well as ensuring a uniform and attractive brand image
- Independent implementation and supervision of new shop openings and shop refurbishments
- Carrying out and monitoring all auditing tasks in the store area
- Planning and carrying out inventories
- Implementation of targeted sales promotion measures, as well as organisation of an attractive presentation of goods according to concept specifications
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or business management studies
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a managerial position in the retail sector
- Experience in staff management
- Languages: German and English + ideally at least one other national language of Belgium
- Very good MS Office/Open Office skills
- Self-organisation and willingness to travel
