Today we are a team of 8 people based in Montparnasse, Paris.

For one of our clients, we are looking for 2 trilingual Customer Support Agents. 

Our client is one of the main actors in outsourced customer service provider for luxury brands. This company has been operating in the sector for more than 20 years. The team includes about 250 people and is located in Brussels, Milan, New-York and Paris (100 p).

In this position, attached to a Brand Manager, you are the main contact for all European customers of a prestigious luxury cosmetics brand.

Your main activity is to support the customers throughout his purchase journey (before, during and after the sale) by respecting the rules and policies of e-commerce and store customer services.

Your profile:

  • Fluent in German, French and English (writing and speaking)
  • Dynamic, resourceful, and positive above all
  • You want to discover and invest in customer service and e-commerce professions
  • A previous experience in the luxury sector would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills 
  • Commercial skills 
  • Listening skills 
  • Teamwork skills
