Cabaïa

CABAÏA is a D2C brand specialized in innovative and colorful accessories.

We have 200k followers on Instagram,  are distributed in Pop-Up stores, department stores, we have 15 retail shops and 3 websites for Europe and this is only the beginning. We are expanding our network of 1500 retailers in Europe every day!

Our e-commerce is exploding in France and French speaking countries, and we are expanding into Germany and Spain.

What is CABAÏA today ?

A brand that develops a lot of new concepts around accessories and that launches in Europe !

All our concepts will keep the same DNA : fun, colorful and an original universe, a great customer experience, an ethical production and a leitmotiv : “AMAZING EVERYDAY".

With a team of 28 years old on average, from completely different backgrounds (from ex-rockstar to nuclear engineer), we want to break the codes of traditional retail to become the European leader (initially) in accessories.

The position

We have recently launched Germany and the country is growing fast with resellers and e-commerce. In order to structure this growth and to address our German customers in a language that is relevant to them, we are looking for a Marketing Leader DE.

Your role

To put Germany at the center of our processes and to adapt with the teams at your disposal (Market, Creative, Finance, Growth, ...) our actions to Germany as well as to develop the notoriety of the brand in the country.

  • Editorial strategy for newsletters and writing in DE
  • Analysis of local KPIs by segment
  • Writing of blog articles in DE
Website

Germany is one of the markets requiring the most adaptation/localization at the e-commerce level (Impressum, etc), so you will have to guide us on :

  • Definition and modification of the local product offer (which range to sell or highlight)
  • Translation of the new offers into DE
  • Supporting the e-commerce team on customer survey to improve the e-commerce experience
Digital acquisition

  • Identification of opportunities by channel (affiliation, press partnership, ...)
  • Copywriting of digital ads
  • Brief on video creations for Germany by channel
