Job description
As a Senior Marketplace Consultant you will participate to the digital transition of a large set of suppliers towards an innovative B2B Marketplace. Your mission takes part of the digital transformation of a leading player and a worldwide leader in service operations.
Your geographical scope includes European and Arab countries. For this mission, you will handle German suppliers, hence you are required to be either bilingual or perfectly fluent in German.
The supplier onboarding process you will manage includes:
- Detailed explanations about technical aspects of the B2B marketplace
- Detailed explanations about business processes involved with a B2B marketplace
- Training of suppliers' teams on best practices
- Technical auditing of actions undertaken by suppliers' teams
- Creation and update of support contents
- Interactions and reportings with Category Managers and Marketplace Country Officers
For this mission you will learn to master the following tools:
- Mirakl, worldwide leader in marketplace solutions
- Trello
- Zendesk
Expected knowledge
- Ease in oral communication both in face-to-face and group situations
- Logical and analytical mindset that allows a fast acquisition of new learnings, specifically for digital tools
- German bilingual or real fluency
- English fluency
Your education should reflect at least 5 years study in a reknown school or university
