You will be involved in the ARaymond transformation toward modern and cloud M365 applications. With your professional background and your energy, you will actively participate in all the activities to maximize the potential of all Microsoft products usages. You will have a focus on the users’ needs, expectations, and experiences. You will have a leading role in keeping informed and updated the IT stakeholders, the business, and the partner.
Roles and responsibilities
- Monitor all the coming updates and deployments on the Microsoft applications.
- Share these updates/deployments with the other involved IT communities.
- Anticipate the changes which will have a business impact by organizing an action plan and/or a communication plan.
- Contribute to maximize the Microsoft license usages, by identifying which tool/feature is under used, and propose an adoption plan.
- Assess and challenge the business needs, evaluate the return of investment, and propose the best solution/design with Microsoft apps to fit as much as possible the expectations.
- Organize and follow M365 projects starting the analysis to the deployment.
- Train the key users on the Microsoft apps usages.
- Support the end-users on the Microsoft apps issues by finding a solution, a work around or by contacting Microsoft support.
- Contribute to the Microsoft community by sharing your knowledge and experiences with the other team members.
Education and experience
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in Microsoft 365 consulting / expertise.
Skills
- Expertise in the M365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Planner, Lists…).
- Advance understanding of the Microsoft licensing model.
- General knowledge of the power platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service delivery skills.
- Strong Communication skills are necessary to convey ideas to other communities and stakeholders.
- Team player and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
