Your mission is to ensure the success of our online platform Find & Fly. As a Product Manager, you need to make sure that everyone working on your product is aligned on the objectives and the vision. As a real bond between internal actors (Software engineers, operational departments, Account and Marketing Managers) and external actors (web agency, design agency), the Product Manager will have freedom to both iterate existing functionality, as well as conducting more fundamental changes if proven to be achievable and valuable. This includes to
- Develop new user functionalities from inception until testing and live version.
- Maintain, optimize and report on current functionalities to improve UX and UI.
- Develop roadmap, prioritize work and lead product workflow.
- Co-create content with Marketing team for go-to-market.

We are building a new team of product managers. You will be the first one. We are looking for an experienced and passionate person that can help us reaching our vision and succeed our goal to disrupt an entire market.

- Experience of at least 3 years in product management, ideally in B2B.

- Work well with tight deadlines and incomplete information.
- Teamwork and sense of humor.
