To join our international team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/gn)
Main responsibilities:
- Optimizing and developing existing material flow systems and therefore increase the productivity within the production processes of building aircrafts
- Developing a robust operational strategy for purpose warehousing & logistics service, in line with overall business strategy and customer satisfaction
- Coordinating and monitoring implemented logistics processes
- Identifying new business development opportunities and building strong relationships with both existing and new customers
- Invoicing to customers depending on the contractually stipulated logistics activities
- Administrating and managing team-related topics
Your profile:
- Previous experience in the field of logistics / warehouse logistics (ideally in aviation)
- Experience in implementing and managing warehouse system
- Customer Service oriented person with strong negotiation skills
- Experience in business development
- Fluent German level and good level of English. French would be a plus
- Flexibility to manage and adapt to fast-paced changes
- Resilience and positive attitude in challenging situations
- Proactive and clear thinker who finds solutions under pressure and develops effective strategic plans
- Reliable person with a friendly and professional attitude
- Valid driving license is mandatory
