- Manage and lead a sales assistant,
- Convey the quality image of Le Tanneur internally and externally,
- Ensure the training of the sales assistant during the day,
- Participate in the selection of potential new employees.
- Create a privileged relationship with the client by offering a unique and prestigious service,
- Welcome and accompany our premium clientele,
- Build customer loyalty by offering adapted and personalised advice,
- Reach the objectives and develop the turnover by enhancing the value of our products,
- Manage stock and replenishment orders.
- Implement the visual merchandising strategy set by the Paris headquarters,
- Make sure to activate and maintain our CRM strategy.
