Our client is a French company specialized in the development, manufacturing (made in France), and marketing of stainless steel equipment and furniture for the food industry, particularly in the areas of gastronomy, catering, bakery, and confectionery. As a leading provider in France, the company aims to expand in southern Germany and German-speaking Switzerland. Therefore, we are looking for a:

Sales Manager southern Germany and German-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d), bilingual DE/EN, B2B Stainless Steel Catering Kitchen Technology, Home Office, Germany

Your mission

Acquiring new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, achieving qualitative and quantitative goals in the southern Germany and German-speaking Switzerland region. As a brand ambassador, you will actively contribute to strengthening the company's positive image. Your actions will always be in line with the company's strategic guidelines and values.
  • Play an active role in developing the export business strategy, particularly by creating a sales plan for your region.
  • Visit and support the customer base (60-70% of working time)
  • Present and market the company's product offerings and value proposition.
  • Manage a network of clients, including engineering offices, architects, resellers/dealers, etc
  • Analyze and monitor your own business activities
  • Report weekly to the Export Sales Manager in France and share your results.
  • Guide and follow up on offers
  • Monitor your market and competitive environment.
  • Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial training
  • You have 6 - 8 years of experience in a similar position or at least initial confirmed professional experience in B2B sales or (key) account management, ideally in a comparable sector
  • You have a proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
  • You have a good adaptability in multicultural environments
  • You are result-oriented thinking and can efficiently achieve your goals
  • You are curious and have the willingness to learn constantly
  • You are dynamic and enthusiastic for the field service (approximately 3 to 4 days per week)
  • You are fluent in German (C2), proficient in English (C1), some French knowledge is a plus
