We are seeking a Sales Team Lead (m/f/d) for the DACH and Dutch markets based in Barcelona.

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Team Building (20%): Recruit and train the German and Dutch Sales Team. The team currently consists of three talented Sales Executives and will expand to up to 15 people during peak season.
  • Team Management (60%): Set targets and support your team so that each sales representative performs at their best through training, direct guidance, team meetings, and creative floor animation.
  • Efficient Reporting (20%): Take the “helm” of your team’s KPIs and share your market knowledge regularly, both up and down the chain, to communicate the most relevant information.

Your Profile: 

  • You speak fluent German and English.
  • You have at least 2 years of commercial experience as well as management experience.
  • You bring excellent analytical skills and never “lose your compass,” even at high speeds.
  • You are a goal-oriented personality who loves to “explore new waters” and brings creative ideas to the table.
  • You handle difficult situations confidently and stay calm “through every wave.”
