Responsibilities
As part of the European IT Application Team you are responsible for the maintenance and evolution of Finance and Management Control functions of our Business Unit in France (Polyrey). That means:
- analysis of development requests and projects
- customizing / parameter setting of the SAP Fi/Co solution
- performance of unit tests and the supervision of integration tests
- writing of technical documentation
- maintenance and user support in your area of expertise
- 1st level user support and maintenance in the absence of other team members (SD/MM/PP/WM/BW)
- 24/7 IT development permanence (3-week rotation)
- frequent trips to France (once a month) and other countries to work on European projects (Poland, UK)
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent
- Mandatory knowledge of FI/CO + Co-Pa/Co-Pc modules with a minimum of 3 years of successful experience
- Knowledge of MM/PP modules appreciated, ABAP development would be a bonus
- Required knowledge of French accounting and more generally of Finance in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of German, Polish and UK accounting appreciated
- Experience in project management methods, ITIL/PRINCE appreciated
- Fluent French, good level of spoken/written English, German is a plus
- Office can be based either in Couze (France), Groß-Umstadt (Germany), Shildon (UK) or Wellinborough (UK), based on your preference
