YOUR TASKS
PR & MARKETING
- Develop and execute Communication Strategies to fulfil the Communication and Dissemination requirements as given by the European Commission: PR- and Marketing Strategies, Corporate Identity and Project Branding, other activities helping to increase the projects’ Public Awareness
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Developing long-term Social Media Strategies for our research projects
- Set-up and maintaining Social Media accounts: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram
PRESS WORK/ EDITORIAL WORK
- Writing Press Releases in cooperation with the project managers
- Increase ARTTIC’s existing press network and create new networks
- Distributing Press Releases via serial letter software
- Writing of theme specific project articles for trade magazines
- Organising press conferences
- Establish new contacts with magazines and editorial departments
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of communication: Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media Communication, TV or Print
- Very good communication skills in speaking and writing
- Fluency in English
- Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, possibly Premiere
- Possibly experience with video shootings and/ or video editing
OTHER INFORMATION
- Starting date: as soon as possible
- Open-end employment contract
