What profile are we looking for?
- Completed technical or business studies, degree in electrical engineering, alternatively experience in the development of electronic components
- Ideally, experience with fuse standards AC and DC; experience from the low-voltage sector, ideally at least 5 years of experience from development, research or marketing in the areas of energy transition, microgrids and DC architecture and installation, such as photovoltaics, energy storage, electrical vehicles
- Very good knowledge of the German and English language, both written and spoken
- Experience from association work in standardization is also an advantage
- The candidate must reside in Germany or Austria

Your missions:
Prepare and issue the agenda for plenary meetings by the Secretary in consultation with the Chair and distributed by the IEC CO at least four months before the meeting. The agenda is supported by the following, as necessary:
- Documents to be discussed requiring a decision from the TC/SC concerning the next stage of the project.
- Activity reports from the TC/SC Chair, Secretary, WG Convenors, PT/MT Leaders, and liaison representatives, if any
- Items allocated to the discussion such as the work program and the strategic business plan.
- Review of all the TC/SCs liaisons
- Any issues encountered in the smooth operation of the TC/SC
- Primary responsibility is the monitoring of electrical protection regulation and standardization and the active participation in working groups and committees thereof.
- Identify Upcoming Changes in regulations and bring actionable information to influence MERSEN products roadmap, timing, capabilities, and strategy.
- Survey new standards that may impact Mersen Product lines.
2/ DC initiatives job (40% of time) - Secondary responsibilities :
- Beyond his participation in standardization committees, represent our client in the following bodies: Current/OS, ODCA & DC Industries (by ZVEI).
- The role is to represent our client and its interest in those bodies, as well as, to coordinate and plan internally the participation of our client's resources in the diverse workgroups (marketing or technical).
- In addition, pilot some projects in DC distribution for specific customers (BMW, Phoenix, Bosch, X, Y, Z...), or other projects decided by VP Product Line.
