Senior Project Manager - IT/ digital transformation (m/f/d), DE/EN, Cologne
What to expect
Your goal is to lead cross-disciplinary digital projects and thus accompany and optimise the transformation of internal processes.
- Strategic, cross-functional and technical role: This new position is created in the context of the industrialisation of the company as well as the adaptation of a traditional small german company to a matrix organisation (integration into the group). You work closely with the internal specialists, the IT department and external service providers and suppliers.
- Lead of transformation programs: You exercise a strong influence to support, through IS, the Business transformation. You lead the transformation programs from A to Z : cross analysis (IS/business), definition and control of the solutions portfolio, development of the project portfolio with users within a 3-5 year timeframe. You share with all the company's stakeholders good project management practices.
- Accountable for the digital transformation of the internal processes: you understand the internal processes as well as the needs of the internal business users in each case and translate this successfully into "IT". Furthermore, you lead cross-functional IT change projects like implementation of a new ERP and CRM system.
What we're looking for
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- You understand the importance of complying to the procedures and following instructions according to the company's quality system.
- You are an enthusiastic leader and a motivated team player with a hands-on mentality.
- You have a high level of initiative, you are independent and you have a goal-oriented mindset.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You are able to present complex solutions in a solution-oriented manner.
- You also have very good negotiating skills and assertiveness.
- Good technical knowledge as well as an understanding of management systems (ERP, CRM) - e.g. SAP, Dynamics,...) and the associated special features are a must.
- Ideally, you already have experience with SQLL, Web, html, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse.
- Very good command of German and English
