Job description
As part of the opening of our new shop in SYLT, we are looking for an ambassador on the island!
Reporting to the Retail Europe Director, the Store Manager will carry out the following tasks:
Reporting to the Retail Europe Director, the Store Manager will carry out the following tasks:
- Guarantee the image reflected by the shop and the team, in line with the requirements of headquarters.
- In charge of his or hers profit center, should follow the set objectives and is a meticulous manager. Will optimize results through the use of key performance indicators.
- Ambassador of the brand will maintain close relations with client's and it's subscribers. They will increase our client date base and create memorable experiences to retain clients.
- As in public relations, will run the shop and organize events.
- He or she communicates the brand during neighborhood events and more generally in the world of high-end and luxury ready-to-wear.
- The brand ambassador leads and stimulates their team of (2 people) by transmitting enthusiasm as well as the know-how and well-being. Directs the work towards figure performances thanks to the daily briefings. Makes reign in the shop simple and an elegant climate.
- Manages a portfolio of international and local clients. He or she builds relationships and builds customer loyalty through the climate of trust and the quality of the exchange.
- As an example, he or she will present the collections with professionalism, ease and elegance. Should offer a customer service experience in line with the brand.
- They assume the classic responsibilities of the back office as follows: Funds in order, Management of schedules, Regular Reports, Inventory Management, Compliance with procedures, deadlines and respect.
Profile
- This position is for a candidate with at least three years experience in high-end Ready to Wear Market as a Store Manager. Is focused on results, combines professionalism and rigor. Dynamic and proactive, is sensitive to a demanding universe and a sales council.
- Good manager, is comfortable on the ground. Leads and motivates the team, shows humility, exemplary and above all energy. Has optimism and determination.
- Very attentive to the clientele, targets their expectations and responds perfectly.
- Has a good level of general culture and easily exchanges with his or her clients on various subjects. Autonomous, Is a challenger who is involved in achieving performance figures.
- With a sensitivity product, Is comfortable in a high-end women's universe.
- Excellent presentation, elegant and refined.
- The candidate has a fluent level in German and English. Another language is a plus.
