Join us as a V.I.E. (m/f/d) Business Development Manager
Your tasks:
- As a VIE (m/f/d) Business Development Manager, you support our directors in the management of their respective Business Unit
- You analyze the ongoing processes in Sales and Human Resources as well as deducing and monitoring some measures to prevent potential risks
- You analyze, monitor and optimize important KPIs and report regularly the results
- You undertake and lead special projects that you are responsible for
- You organize Team Events that take place regularly in the Business Units
Your profile:
- You possess a university degree or a similar qualification
- You fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (European citizen, aged between 18 and 28 years old)
- Your previous professional experience enables you to understand how a company works and to adapt your behavior depending on your interlocutor
- You like dealing with people and persuading them with your ideas
- You stand out for your analytical skills, experience in analyzing data as well as your good command of MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You have the will to continuously develop yourself alongside with a growing company
- Structured working methods as well as sound ambition are part of your personality
- A very good command of German and English completes your profile
