Marketing and Brand manager (m/f/d), DE/EN, Berlin

Your task

As a Marketing and Brand manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  •  Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and concepts for the entire  product portfolio
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing mix measures tailored to diverse target groups, ensuring compliance through legal reviews
  • Create compelling marketing materials and activities
  • Conduct market and competition analyses to inform strategic decision-making
  • Assist in shaping the product range and contribute to the development of new and existing products, including quality assurance and purchasing planning
  • Plan, prepare, and execute product launches to maximize market impact
  • Organize conferences and training courses for the sales team
  • Prepare and actively participate in selected events and medical congresses
  • Collaborate with external service providers and agencies to enhance marketing initiatives

Your qualifications

We are looking for a creative and proactive personality with the following qualifications:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Ecotrophology, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in marketing, brand management, and sales, with a preference for expertise in pharmaceuticals, ideally in nephrology or oncology
  • Proven ability to independently conceive and advance projects with a structured methodology
  • Good knowledge of current EU regulations related to food labeling, health claim regulations, and dietary law
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1); knowledge of French is an additional asset
