His/Her goal is to generate the maximum number of relevant sales opportunities for the Key Account Manager thanks to his/her ability to recognise, identify and engage those prospects.
Details of the role :
- Identify potential clients and understand the context of their current situation; company structure, financial data, current commercial strategy and any “MarTech” that they are currently using (a methodology known as“business assessment”) in order to set things up for the initial contact.
- Identify the various decision makers and prepare a personalised approach for each prospect.
- Conduct the initial contact to these prospects.
- Sow the initial seeds to create the interest within each prospect.
- Manage and follow up with each account and potential client.
- Ensure that the CRM process is fully up to date at all times.
- Systematically follow up with each prospect and follow the sales script in place for each opportunity.
- Accompany the prospect through the Batch service offering and provide all information necessary to ensure the client’s questions are answered and that the prospect understands how Batch’s proposal meets their business needs - keeping them keen!
- Prepare the prospect for the follow up with the Key Account Manager so that the handover is performed under the most favourable conditions.
- Organise the client meeting and accompany the Key Account Manager throughout the pre-Sales phase.

The ideal candidate will already have performed an initial sales role (including an internship) within the digital industry, and wants to consolidate this experience and develop further.
