Founded in 2017, UV Boosting develops and markets agricultural equipment designed to stimulate plants' natural defenses using UV-C light (targeting vineyards, orchards, strawberries, turf, etc.). This technology makes crops more resilient to diseases and environmental stresses such as frost or drought. By using UV Boosting’s products, farmers can reduce their reliance on chemical inputs while continuing to develop forward-thinking, environmentally friendly agriculture.

THE CONTEXT

Today, UV Boosting is accelerating the development of its applications in market gardening (vegetable production). This expansion involves high-stakes goals centered around reducing fungicide use, improving crop resilience, and adapting to new environmental constraints.

In this context, the company is seeking an Agronomic Engineer to strengthen its agronomy team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring and developing this new agronomic vertical at UV Boosting.

THE IDEAL PROFILE

Education & Experience

• Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Master’s in Agronomy, Crop Protection, or equivalent.
• Experience in agronomic experimentation, field trials, or technical consulting.
• Expertise in or a strong passion for viticulture /market gardening / vegetable production.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills and scientific rigor.
• Comfortable working in the field with a genuine taste for experimentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with growers and technical partners.
• Autonomy and the ability to structure and organize projects.
• Proficiency in office software and data processing tools.
• Minimum C1 level in English. Knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Polish is a plus.
