Business Developer (Germany/Scandinavia) – Nutraceutic Ingredients (M/F)

Paris 8th – Hybrid | Full-time | Food Science or Engineering background

To support our growth in Europe, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Export Sales Manager to develop our nutraceutical ingredients business in Germany and in the Scandinavian region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland).

Your Missions

  • Prospecting and developing your customer portfolio.
  • Providing technical and strategic support across several ingredient ranges.
  • Managing projects from A to Z — from the initial brief to product launch.
  • Acting as the interface with our international partners (technical, quality, R&D;).
  • Actively contributing to the company’s growth strategy.

Your Profile

  • Graduate from a food engineering school (or equivalent master’s degree).
  • Strong interest in both technical aspects and commercial development.
  • Curious, structured, entrepreneurial mindset, with a taste for varied challenges.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Ideally, you have experience with an ingredient distributor or supplier — but we remain open to a junior talent with great energy and initiative.
