The role

As a Business Development Assistant, you will act as a crucial link between the local French entity and the Group. You’ll support decision-making, ensure smooth coordination across teams, and contribute to the execution of key business initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to multiple functions —strategy, sales support and finance — while developing a strong understanding of how a growing global business operates.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between the local entity and the Group, including cross-selling activities and implementation of Group-led processes (for example pricing review, product profitability analysis)
  • Support the local management in preparing strategic presentations to the headquarters such as Monthly Business Reviews and various business control tasks
  • Support B2B and D2C sales managers, for example coordination with external agencies for in-store sampling, creation of material together with the headquarter brand team, preparation of presentations for negotiations with distributors
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Your profile
Required:

· Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Bac+3 such as “license professionnelle Gestion”)

· Strong Excel and project management skills

· Native in French, fluent in English (C1 or C2)

· Ability to coordinate tasks and work with diverse teams

· Previous work experience, for example from ‘alternance’ or internships

Nice to have:

· Additional language (e.g., German)

· Experience in project management

· Interest in FMCG or international environments
