As part of the Global Revenue Management team, the Director RM Culture, Training & Community will support the development and implementation of standardized revenue management practices, training programs, and process optimization initiatives across the organization. This role will contribute to fostering a strong revenue culture and ensuring consistent revenue management practices and adoptions across the organization.

This talent will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to promote best practices, support system adoption, and will enhance operational excellence, and foster a mindset of continuous improvement. The role will also contribute to the development of training programs, process frameworks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate revenue management capabilities across the group.

This role includes management responsibilities of a small team managing the various drivers of culture & training, as well as process & standards.

This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for training, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your mission:

Revenue Culture & Capability Building

  • Champion a strong revenue management culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams on pricing, forecasting, strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across hubs and brands.
  • Define revenue management skillset requirements, and support RM talent management framework

Process Consistency & Improvement

  • Support the development and rollout of standardized revenue management processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with global revenue strategy and commercial priorities.

Strategic Enablement

  • Contribute to the execution of key revenue initiatives, including pricing strategies, segmentation, and performance frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech) to ensure revenue management is embedded in broader business decisions.
  • Support change management efforts related to revenue transformation projects.

Collaboration & Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for regional revenue teams, providing guidance and support on process, training, and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, forums, and working groups to drive engagement and alignment across the organization.

Team Contribution

  • Work closely with the entire CD&T division, contributing insights and expertise.
  • Support junior team members and regional stakeholders in their development and execution.


Qualifications


And you
?

  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management
  • Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and strategy execution
  • Familiarity with RMS, BI tools, and hotel systems (PMS, CRS, …)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Passion for developing people and driving performance through culture and process
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
