German Speaking Technical Project Manager Intern - CAD / Industry 4.0

We are looking for a German-speaking Project Manager Intern (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. This end-of-studies internship is fully designed to lead to a permanent contract (CDI).

Location: Paris (with regular missions/mobility in Hamburg, Germany) / Partial remote work allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Solution Exploration: Discover and master advanced industrial cloud solutions and data management platforms: 3DEXPERIENCE Solidworks
• Client Presentations: Prepare and actively participate in technical customer presentations and system demonstrations.
• Technical Support & Consulting: Provide support for clients regarding 3D CAD, simulation, product lifecycle management (PLM), and data management workflows.
• User Training: Assist in training users on new industrial technologies and engineering workflows.
• Technical Content Creation: Develop engaging technical resources, including videos, articles, and training materials.
• Sales Enablement: Support business teams with technical software demonstrations, workflow audits, and client specification analyses.
• Digital Transformation: Contribute directly to strategic digital transformation and Industry 4.0 projects for corporate clients.

Skills You Will Acquire:

• Industry Certifications: Earn official software certifications highly valued in the engineering ecosystem.
• Digital Project Management: Master agile project management tailored to tech integrations and corporate accounts.
• CRM Operations: Gain strong proficiency in industry-leading CRM tools for customer relation management.
• Customer Success Optimization: Learn to track, analyze, and optimize customer satisfaction based on advanced KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Final-year Engineering student (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics) or equivalent technical Master's degree.
• Mindset: Curious, rigorous, dynamic, and genuinely passionate about new technologies and industrial innovation.
• Technical Interests: Strong affinity for 3D engineering software, CAD design, simulation, and digital modeling environments.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a natural customer-oriented approach and professional presentation.
• Languages: Native or completely fluent German (C1/C2 level) is a strict requirement for this role, along with fluent English. French language skills are a valuable asset.
