Seasonal Leadership Position in Greece

A holiday program does not organize itself.

Behind every smooth activity schedule, every motivated team and every successful evening event, there is someone coordinating it all. Someone who keeps the structure together while the guests only see the fun.

This is not an entry-level entertainment role. This is a seasonal leadership position in Greece.

Relocating for a season can be complicated — but here, that part is already handled. Your accommodation is arranged before you arrive. Your meals are included. Your contract and insurance are prepared. You live and work directly in the resort in Greece, so your focus stays on the team and the operation — not on logistics.

As Hotel Activities Supervisor, you lead the activities team. You organize daily schedules, guide entertainers, support rehearsals, coordinate programs and act as the link between entertainment and hotel management. You are present. You step in when needed. You motivate when energy drops. You represent structure within the fun.

This is not a “summer vibe” position where you simply join activities. It requires organization, communication skills and accountability.
That said — you will still spend your season in Greece, working with an international team in an environment where sunsets, music and social interaction are part of daily life. It is leadership — just in a different setting than a traditional office.

You will work 5–6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and consistency within the activity program.

If you already have entertainment experience and are ready to take responsibility for a team in a structured seasonal role in Greece, this could be your next step.

Apply and lead the activities team in Greece.

Requirements

You should already have experience in entertainment, animation or a similar hospitality environment. Leadership experience is a strong advantage. You must feel confident guiding a team, making decisions and handling responsibility. English is required. German or French is highly valuable in a resort environment in Greece.

Benefits

In return, you avoid rent and daily living costs. Accommodation and meals are included. Your employment is legal and insured. Many supervisors use the season to strengthen leadership skills while experiencing professional growth in an international setting in Greece.
