Based in Nice, at the heart of the French Riviera, Navily is looking for a Customer Success Officer (Intern) to join its international and dynamic team. You will help enhance customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with the company’s partners.

Job Description: As a Customer Success Officer (Intern), your responsibilities will include:

Customer Support:

  • Provide personalized follow-up to clients (marinas, boaters) to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Respond to requests and resolve issues promptly, in collaboration with technical and sales teams.

Partnership Management:

  • Assist in establishing and monitoring partnerships with marinas.
  • Contribute to improving the services offered to partners.

Community Engagement:

  • Interact with users through communication channels to boost engagement.

Operational Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations or client materials.
  • Help update internal tools (CRM, databases).

Required Profile:

  • Education: Student in business school, marketing, communication, or a related field (Associate to Master’s degree).
  • Languages: Fluent in English (native or bilingual) and Spanish (native or bilingual). Italian, French, and/or German are a plus.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, autonomy, and teamwork. Rigor, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Assets:

  • Previous experience in customer relations, support, or community management (internship, work-study, volunteering).

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Nice
  • Contract Type: Internship
  • Schedule: 9 AM–12 PM and 2 PM–6 PM
  • Working Days: Every other Saturday, with no more than five consecutive working days.
  • Duration: 4–6 months
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Compensation: €4.50/hour
  • Meal Vouchers: €10/day (60% covered by Navily)
