About the role

As a Marketing & Communication Intern within the Clinical Solutions team, you will contribute to the promotion of Elsevier clinical solutions for healthcare professionals across European markets. You will support the implementation and operational follow-up of various marketing and communication initiatives. This is a 6-month internship starting in January
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of communication initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, following the overall marketing plan.
  • Support European field marketing activities in coordination with local Marketing Managers.
  • Develop promotional materials for events and communication campaigns.
  • Create content for the editorial and social media calendar (banners, animations, visuals for social media campaigns, website support).
  • Produce printed assets such as posters, flyers, catalogs, email templates, letters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist with the administrative management and monitoring of marketing activities using internal tools.
  • Contribute to reporting tasks and perform basic market analyses.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or Business Management.
  • Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive.
  • Strong writing abilities and creativity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Knowledge of another European language (German and/or Spanish appreciated).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of creative software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.
