PROJECT MANAGER (f/m/d)

Textbroker has 20+ years of experience as a market-leading service provider in content strategy and creation, localization, editing, and automation. 

As of 2025, Textbroker has launched its GEO / AEO and AI Visibility & Reputation unit. Our service portfolio spans classic content projects, GEO / AI Visibility, and Reddit Brand Marketing – with Reddit being a particularly strong internal focus and one of our fastest-growing service lines. 

The role is embedded within Storylake, our strategy and consulting brand, operating cross-functionally across the Sario Marketing Group (Textbroker · Storylake · transparent.ai). 

Your Role: Project Manager 

As a Project Manager, you own the end-to-end delivery of client projects across our content, GEO, and Reddit service lines – coordinating internal and external teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring every project lands on time, within scope, and above expectation. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Own end-to-end project delivery for assigned clients across content, GEO, and Reddit projects: from scope alignment and team setup through execution, invoicing, and post-project debrief. 

• Source and coordinate the right mix of internal and external consultants, freelance authors, and where relevant, external Project Managers – setting up accounts, workflows, and team structures in ClickUp and MOCO. 

• Act as a key operational contact for clients alongside the Growth Manager – leading kick-off calls, aligning on timelines and deliverables, and managing expectations proactively throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Keep a close eye on project budgets and delivery scopes, ensuring pricing and SOWs stay aligned and margins are protected. 

• Live and help shape our internal playbooks, frameworks, and operational processes – actively contributing to their documentation and continuous improvement. 

• Provide regular reporting on project status and delivery progress across your accounts. 

• Support end-of-month operational tasks – including freelancer payments, invoicing, and retainer management. 

YOU'LL FIT IF .... 

• You have 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, content, or SEO/GEO environment – or a related field with transferable skills. 

• You ideally have an interest in or experience with GEO / AI search, and you are active on Reddit yourself – you understand the platform and its community dynamics. 

• You have a structured, detail-oriented way of working and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of timelines or budgets. 

• You are a strong communicator: you manage client expectations proactively and escalate clearly when needed. 

• You are comfortable working with project management and billing tools – we use ClickUp and MOCO. 

• You take ownership: you don't just coordinate, you drive outcomes and feel responsible for results. 

• You are fluent in English (working language); German is a plus.
