Business Analyst (d/f/m) für den Bereich Robotics Process Automation (RPA)

Die Abteilung IM Integration & Digital Technologies trägt aktiv zur Digitalisierung unseres Geschäfts bei und betreibt eine Plattform für robotergestützte Prozessautomatisierung (RPA) auf Basis der UIPath-Toolsuite. Die Plattform wird zur Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in allen Bereichen und Funktionen des Unternehmens eingesetzt und wird zunehmend zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil unserer IM-Infrastruktur.

An unserem Standort Donauwörth, der an den Ufern der Donau nahe Augsburg gelegen ist, entwickeln wir Helikopter von der Idee bis hin zum flugfähigen Endprodukt. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

In Ihrer Funktion unterstützen Sie hauptsächlich unser internes Business dabei, neue Automatisierungslösungen auf der Grundlage unserer internen Standards zu konzipieren, zu qualifizieren und zu spezifizieren. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem RPA-Produktmanager und dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und begleiten den Entwicklungszyklus bis zur Produktionsreife des Roboters.

• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Ideenfindungssitzungen/Workshops, um vielversprechende Anwendungsfälle zu identifizieren und unseren Backlog zu füllen
• Verwaltung unseres Opportunity-Backlogs
• Verantwortung für Qualifizierungsworkshops mit dem Unternehmen und Qualifizierung von Automatisierungsideen
• Bewerten Sie den geschäftlichen Nutzen eines Automatisierungsfalls und helfen Sie bei der Definition eines Business Case
• Arbeiten Sie mit IM-Teams zusammen, um die Relevanz von Anwendungsfällen zu bestätigen und die Komplexität der Entwicklung zu definieren
• Legen Sie für qualifizierte Roboter den Prozess und die verwendeten Systeme fest und liefern Sie den RPA-Entwicklern die funktionalen Spezifikationen und Testfälle
• Verwalten Sie die Geschäftsbeziehung während des gesamten Entwicklungslebenszyklus

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Master-Abschluss (oder gleichwertiger Abschluss) in Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Fundierte allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse
• Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven „Can-do“-Einstellung und Erfahrung in der Arbeit an Projekten mit internationalen Teams und Stakeholdern
• Leidenschaft für kreative Problemlösungen und die Entwicklung neuer Lösungen
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für geschäftliche Anforderungen, kundenorientiert und qualitätsbewusst
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Französisch und Englisch auf Verhandlungsebene
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit UI-Path-Produkten, Erfahrung mit Scrum und SAFe sowie Deutsch sind ein Plus

In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team PSL IM Integration & Digital Technologies in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst (d/f/m)

The Airbus Helicopters Group embraces the challenges of digitalization. Today, the Information Management (IM) directorate is contributing to its transformation, which is one of the key company objectives. Within the IM "Digital Platforms" domain, you belong to the multifunctional team of the IM “Integration & Digital Technologies”.

IM Integration & Digital Technologies actively contribute to the digitalization of our business and are operating a Robotics Process Automation platform (RPA) based on the UIPath tool suite. The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

In this role you will mainly support our internal Business to ideate, qualify and specify new automation solutions based on our internal standards. You will work closely with the RPA Product Manager and the development team and follow the development cycle until the robot is production ready.

• Prepare, run and restitute ideation session / workshops with a given business contact in order to identify promising use cases and feed our backlog
• Manage our opportunities backlog
• Be on charge of qualification workshops with the business & qualify automation ideas by defining the scope and confirm eligibility to RPA
• Assess the business value for an automation case and help to define a business case
• Engage with IM teams to confirm use case relevancy and define the complexity of the development
• For qualified robots, specify the robot process and systems used delivering the functional specification and test cases to the RPA developers
• Manage the business relationship throughout the development life cycle

Desired skills and qualifications

• Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
• Strong general IT background
• Team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude and experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders
• A passion for creatively solving problems and building new solutions
• Very good understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented and focus on quality
• Good communication skills
• French and English at negotiation level
• Proven experience with UI-Path products, Experience with Scrum and SAFe and German would be a plus
