Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei der Verwaltung von Kunden und Verträgen sowie Pflege des CRM- und ERP-Systems
Prüfung und Abrechnung vertragsrelevanter Vereinbarungen sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Rechnungsstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance-Team
Verwaltung von Sicherheiten, Überwachung von Außenständen und Einhaltung wichtiger Deadlines
Beantwortung von Kundenrückfragen, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Veröffentlichung von Sales News im Intranet
Erstellung von Zuarbeiten für das Reporting und Unterstützung bei der Datenanalyse
Bitte beachte, dass die Position als Elternzeitvertretung bis Oktober 2027 befristet ist und in Teilzeit mit 25 Wochenstunden besetzt wird.
WAS DU MITBRINGST
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit
Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und gehst Aufgaben eigenständig an
Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und ein Auge fürs Detail – Präzision ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du bringst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit und bist offen für neue Ideen und Ansätze
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (z.B. I talienisch, Französisch, Polnisch oder Schwedisch) sind von Vorteil
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
